On the 2^nd of October 2017, Mr Tjakazenga Kamuhanga Kamuhanga formed a new generation and energetic law firm to practice under the name and style of Kamuhanga Hoveka Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as “KH Inc.”).  During August 2018, a merger was embarked upon with Samuel Legal Practitioners, hence the name Kamuhanga Hoveka Samuel Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “KHS Inc.”)

The firm has a well-established client base and is growing in step with Namibia’s development and burgeoning economy.  On the 28^th February 2019, Ms Alvine Mirjam Samuel resigned as a director and shareholder. On the 13^th of January 2020, Mr Katuna Kamuhanga joined KHS Inc. as a director and shareholder.

With two Directors who have a combined 24 years of private practice experience, KHS Inc is a vibrant boutique commercial law firm with significant national capacity through a network of associates, giving us sizable influence in key financial centres throughout the Republic of Namibia.
